Due to the digital nature of our courses, which provide immediate and lifetime access to intellectual property, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review the course curriculum and details carefully before making a purchase.
Course Exchanges (Incorrect Purchase)
If you accidentally purchased the wrong course, we can facilitate a one-time exchange for the correct course of equal or lesser value, provided that:
- You contact us within 24 hours of the transaction.
- You have not significantly accessed or downloaded the course content.
Differences in price for higher-value exchanges must be topped up. No partial refunds will be issued for lower-value exchanges.
Technical Support Resolution
In the unlikely event that you face technical issues accessing your purchased content, we are committed to resolving the issue for you. We do not issue refunds for technical difficulties but will ensure you receive the access you paid for. Using our support channels, we will work with you to troubleshoot and fix any platform errors.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests for exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate payments caused by a technical error). These checks are manual and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to administrative fees.
