Terms of Service - n8n Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using n8n Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Course Access & Purchases

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to access the purchased course content for personal, non-commercial use. Course content may be updated from time to time, and you will receive access to future updates of your purchased courses at no additional cost.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through ToyyibPay. By making a purchase, you agree to ToyyibPay's terms of service in addition to ours. A receipt will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, images, code examples, templates, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of n8n Academy and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any course content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; redistribute or resell course content; use automated tools to download or scrape content; attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. n8n Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the course content. In no event shall n8n Academy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to sharing credentials, redistributing content, or engaging in fraudulent activity. In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
